Gloria K. “Gomer” Landowski, age 65 years, of Elroy
Gloria K. “Gomer” Landowski, age 65 years, of Elroy, Wisconsin, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at her home, with her daughter by her side.
She was born on May 5, 1952 to Glenn and Mildred (Grawin) Schultz in Sparta, Wisconsin. She graduated from the Royall High School in 1970.
Gloria lived in Janesville for many years while she worked at General Motors, then she moved back to the Kendall area in 1987, then to Clifton and later Elroy. She worked at the Tailor Made and NTM Plastic Factories in Elroy.
She loved being outside in the sunshine, fishing, hosting family get togethers, visiting with friends, entertaining kids and making them feel special. She was very kind hearted and her door was always open for everyone, she welcomed you with a hug and said I love you when you left.
Survivors include her daughter, Amy Georgeson of Tomah; grandchildren, Brody Gerke and Joseph Georgeson; step grandchildren, Billy Georgeson and Kindra Leis; siblings, Glenn (Leailla) Schultz of Phoenix, Ronald (Linda) Schultz of La Habra, California, Keith Schultz of Elroy, Kenneth Schultz of Hayward, Marlys (Larry) Schotten of Elroy, Harold Schultz of Madison, LaDon Schultz of Black River Falls and Shirley Hanko of Elroy.
She was preceded in death by her Parents; husband, Enoch Landowski; brothers, Robert and Gary Schultz and sister, Lorna Popp and infant sister, Marcia.
A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Picha Funeral Home in Elroy, followed by a Service at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Neil Nelson officiating, for online information go to www.pichafuneralhomes.com
