Hustler Museum looking for local church assistance
There will be something new to the Hustler Museum and the Hustler Museum Board is looking for assistance from a few of the local churches.
According to Sharon Barnharst, Museum Board Member, the board would like to add artifacts and other information from local churches to add to their collection. Churches would include St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Clifton; St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Indian Creek; St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Hustler; Trinity Lutheran Church, Hustler; and Fountain Lutheran Church, Kendall.
“We are looking for any church records, photos, etc., from these churches to add to our collection,” stated Barnharst, “these can go from way past to past to present.”
The museum is looking for pictures, stories, newspaper articles, confirmation (i.e., pictures, lists, years), weddings, ladies aid news, or very important events written up in church minutes. Other items of special interest can be included. “Everything is important so be sure to share something,” noted Barnharst. Any of the listed items may be sent to P.O. Box 191, Hustler, WI 54637, or call Sharon at 608-427-3385.
