Jena Kay (Jensen) Blazewicz
Jena Kay (Jensen) Blazewicz passed away unexpectedly at the age of 48 on Saturday, May, 5, 2018 in her home in Dallas, TX. She was born in Hillsboro, WI on January 14, 1970 to Ernest Jensen and Sandra (Thomas) Spooner.
She was survived by her husband David Blazewicz of Dallas, TX, her daughter Courtney Blazewicz of Dallas TX, and four step-children, Sarah (Jim) Lindsey, Nathan (Corrin) Blazewicz, Megan Blazewicz, and Melissa (John) Tuomisto, as well as three grandchildren, Kailee, Noah and Josiah, also her mother Sandy (Daniel) Spooner of Pahrump, NV, and her sisters Sheila (Larry) Raab of Madison, WI, Becky Jensen of Hillsboro, WI, also survived by three step-siblings Heather(Eric) Fields of Norwalk, WI, Kathy (Jess) Schaffer of Onalaska, WI and Josh Spooner of Sparta, WI. She was preceded by death by her father Ernest Jensen.
Jena graduated from Mauston High School in 1988. She married David Blazewicz in 1998 and she gave birth to their daughter Courtney.
She had a great love for her family and they were her main focus in life. She also loved the Green Bay Packers and Jeopardy. She will be greatly missed.
